I really like this body cam and so far have had no issues with it while on patrol. The video quality itself is good and the body cam goes to sleep when in stand by mode to preserve the battery. I just might recommend these to my security company. I love that you can playback the videos on the device itself instead of having to plug it into the computer just to view the captured footage. I would definitely recommend this body cam as a decently priced and very nice body cam.Some difficulty downloading files. Problem was quickly resolved by product support folks (within hours). Must use VLC media player.You may need to fiddle with the big button on the front to get it to record because it sticks.I really like his body cam the footage shows very clearly when reviewing it. Weather daytime or nighttime it records very well. The red blue flashing lights come in very handy at night time when trying to scare off unwanted guests. This camera has many features but also easy to use. I really like the quick turn on feature and 1 button push to record button. I gave the battery life 4 stars because it's hard for me to tell when it's fully charged. This is a must-have especially if you're doing security.The camera works well, and rhe red and blue feature are great super bright. ? also the camera has many features.Working in an environment that involves multiple personalities it is important to protect yourself. Many see the camera and behave others don't necessarily care. It is easy to down load videos to computer and the automatic night vision is a great feature.Overall this bodycam was a disappointment. It was returned.Works really great and does exactly what I need and want it to do.
